Daily routine - high calorie & nutrient dense
I struggle with my appetite and consuming enough calories, especially in the morning. These shakes have become a daily breakfast for me. The flavor is good, texture is nice and not too chalky and is not thick. I really appreciate the higher calorie and protein of the "plus" shakes as well. This flavor is normally on sale too which is helpful. I do wish they were more affordable but as far as value for money, I don't think you can get much better than these!

I absolutely love these drinks and here on Amazon, they are much cheaper than I find them at Jewel - saving like $20!!!I started drinking these to help.gsin weight and get my nutrients when I was struggling, and now I drink them as a pregnant woman every other day to ensure im getting all the nutrients my baby needs.They have a lot of protein, but none of the weird grittiness of protein drinks and powders. Super smooth consistency and taste like a shake. Dark chocolate is my favorite, but the others are good as well.
