I take one capsule every night. On the very first dose, I got some relief from my months old brain fog. I find myself more energetic and creative now.

Very good medicine for beginners. It contains very low amount of L tyrosine so can only help for 2 hours to focus on my study. It contains extra items that are good for brain not for teenagers but for old people.
