Tastes good
Yummy and helped with consistency in bowel movements. Had to eat a lot in order to get it to work, so it ran out fast.

Good for the price
These have more fiber than Metamucil and cost is about 50% less. Metamucil gummies taste much better. These don’t taste bad. The only way I can describe them is buying expired Haribo from the Dollar Tree. I will continue with these due to the higher fiber and lower cost. They are small so they go down quickly. If the taste ever improves I will change to 5 stars.

These came so fast. They taste really good and work pretty fast. I'm always constipated and these worked within a couple days of usage. There's no nasty smell as soon as u open then and they make my gut feel better.

Taste great!
These are really good tasting. However the fine print calls for me to use 3 a day. On a fixed income, this would require me buying two bottles a month. I can’t do that. If I choose to continue buying these, I can only use two a day. So I’m again hunting. As not all fiber gummies contain Pectin, the ingredient that gives these such wonderful flavor.It depends on what I find, as to whether or not I will repurchase.Maybe they deserve four stars for flavor, however, I gave stars simply because I don’t want to purchase two bottles at double the cost of one bottle just to get the 7 grams they claim. That’s a little on the misleading side. Read the fine print. I didn’t.

Don’t expect results overnight and don’t expect a miracle
19weeks pregnant, started with one a day on day 1 and went to 2 per day for a couple of days just in case it worked too well lol. I have been doing 3 for the last few days, and I will say it has helped somewhat but nothing dramatic. Still not normal. Pregnant constipated is so not like normal constipated. 🤣 don’t expect a miracle.
