Autel Robotics EVO II Pro Enterprise V3 Bundle, 2024 NEWEST 6K 1" CMOS Sensor UAV, 15KM Video Transmission, 42Mins Flight, ADS-B Receiver&Data Encryption, for Public Safety/Traffic/Power Inspection

I'm not well qualified to express an informative opinion about the Autel EVO II V3 Enterprise Bundle because this is my first drone. Nevertheless, I was able to unpack the drone and smart controller, charge them up and activate after reviewing the online manual and an Autel support video. I even succeeded in completing my first flight without incident. The V3 smart controller is very bright and easy to see in the sunlight. The included software and controls are intuitive and easy to use - even for a total beginner like me. I've watched a couple videos that run the EVO V2 through its paces and I am totally amazed at the capabilities. I expect that the EVO V3 even tops that.I'm a volunteer for a small non-profit organization and purchased the drone for surveillance and monitoring and evaluation of a small nature reserve we are establishing in rural Tanzania. I especially appreciate the heavy duty carrying case for the drone, controller and accessories. I'm confident the drone will be an excellent tool for our purposes.

Order number: 6230It has a lot of great features and, WHEN it works, it is great for the price. However, the major flaw with this drone is that once you update it, it will almost ever connect to the controller. No exaggeration, I have sat for an hour, turning them both on and off, resetting both, and still cannot get a connection. This has been going on for a year. "Customer support" was about as useless as you'd expect: Instead of instructions on how to fix this, I get questions leading to me having the wrong firmware, without telling me how to even change the firmware. Why could Autel just not publish an update to fix this problem? It as almost been a year, and my device is still completely useless 50% of the time.

I bought a drone strictly for entertainment and fun little did I know the capabilities of this drone I am now taking spectacular videos and showing them to my friends and they can’t believe that I actually took this video. It’s a wonderful product and hopefully soon in the near future I will be upgrading to another Autel robotics drone I couldn’t be more pleased with this product. Thanks again.
