**Q: How do you attach these ? I've tried, even with the spring as low aa i could turn it and the wont click in.**
A: 1) Apply a little mounting grease to the thread in the shoe soles
2) Adjust the tension of the spring to be able to click in and out of the pedal
3) Fit the plates under the shoes
4) Work calmly and take time for each foot
5) When the shoe plates are marked in the correct position and are also signed off, you can confirm them in the correct place.
6) Sit back on the bike. Make a short trip and correct if necessary
7) Remember to adjust the spring bias of the pedal to your own wish
You may think that after a few kilometers it is not completely perfect. Then try to estimate exactly how to do it and draw the entire contour of the image on the shoe sole with a stick (so you can always put it back in the same place). Unscrew the screws and rotate the image relative to the previous position to achieve the correct correction. This action can also be repeated later.
