Gentle Cleansing Cream

Best face wash ever, for sensitive skin.

It's a good makeup remover but the oil content is too high: this is more like a cleansing balm for makeup removal than something that cleanses the skin effectively. I like that it is fragrance free since I my cleansers have contact on my skin for a few minutes due to massage. I am indifferent to the smell, it is just like any unperfumed cleansing product. Due to the high concentration of oils, I don't think it cleanses my skin effectively: I'd much prefer a product that used caprylic/capric triglyceride which is lighter and feels more effective rather than castor oil - the formulation leaves much to be desired. In the end I returned the product. Even though I ordered directly through Amazon, I was sent an old product (different packaging and formulation). I wrote to Babor with the batch code to confirm expiry date and it was confirmed the product was suitable - however I am not happy with this: if you want to get rid of old stock, this must be at a competitive price rather than being pushed onto consumers without their knowledge. The product title description says 200ml but the actual product is 100ml. This is not at all a competitive product.

Love Babor products but not sure if these suits my skin type unfortunately. Great to buy a little cheaper off of amazon.

The cleanser is a delight use as I have dry skin.

I like their face serums so I decided to try the face wash unfortunately it was a little too strong for my skin type. I do love their face serums. They work really great and I like their other products except this one, but that’s OK. I’ll keep buying their products because it works.

I love this gentle cleanser. My skin is sensitive and I’m pleased by how smooth it feels with Babor products.
