This is the best brain vitamin I have tried. It helped take away the fogginess and made my thinking a lot clearer and faster.

12 in 1 Nootropic Brain Supplement
Unfortunately, I was not able to take this, because it interfered with my prescription meds and made me feel dizzy and foggy. My Wife, however, is able to take them, with no complications and they help her to focus and are helpful nutritionally as well. Check with your Doctor, to see if it's OK to take them with other meds, such as cold medicines, or heart medications etc...I'm glad they work for my Wife at least. I hope this helps you, in your decision. Have a great day.

Complete success!
If i dont have these each morning - I feel it later at work. Yes! I can hold a thought for more than 5 seconds & I remember what i went into that room for! (Testimony from a 58-year-old lady)

Couldn't really tell a difference, on the plus side it absorbed better than some other vitamins since it didnt smell like most of it was peed away.

Neuropathy: I can feel my lip now!
My brother has been using this since senior year of high school to help with his adhd and now as a freshman in collage he says it helps him stay focused in school and during studying. I on the other hand had wisdom surgery over a two months ago with a high risk of nerve damage. I have had neuropathy on my bottom lip, chin and some of my bottom teeth which caused full numbness since surgery. I was recommended b12 and vitamin d by my doctor but I replaced my b12 with this vitamin. It has been one week of me taking this and I can already feel my bottom lip. I can't speak on focus, I feel like I haven't noticed anything yet but I'm happy I can feel my lip now.

Don't believe the lie!
Though Medchoice repeatedly states that if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return, there is no way to contact them. The inner seal was broken on my bottle, but Medchoice customer service is unreachable after multiple attempts. I have this item on subscribe to save, and because I was ordering so much at a time (to make it a little more affordable), by the time I got to my last bottle, the Amazon return window had expired. Thinking that Medchoice would want to make it right (since a broken seal is a safety issue) I scanned the code directly on the bottle (the same bottle that states "RETURNS & REFUNDS No questions asked!"). It keeps sending me directly to Amazon (even Medchoice's own website redirects me to Amazon), so I decided to use the direct company link from my Amazon past order... that link goes to nowhere! Beware that this expensive supplement is not actually backed by it's company at all. This makes me question the legitimacy of the product if the company is completely unreachable... why are they hiding??
