Love this product. Have been using it for several months now and have noticed the difference in my graying hair. I add it to my daily cup of coffee and it’s been great. Like it enough that I have subscribed to have it delivered now.

Used it for about 3 months, and I should say I loved it, will buy again.

This is the third He-Shou-Wu I have bought, and by far I prefer this one's taste (milder, less bitter) and texture (VERY easy to stir in).AND happy it is organic. I add it to hot water, or coffee mainly. Shipping is fast and I feel good about the company's ethics, marketing mindfulness, giving to charity, etc.My only disappointment is the concentration ratio of 30:1 is much lower than others I have used (10:1 and 5:1). Although this company CLEARLY shows this ratio, I was not tuned into watching for this at time of purchase. I had been looking for a less expensive option to the brand recommended by my medical provider, but now see that given the lower concentration, I have to take 3x the quantity. So actually this is costing me more, and no longer has as mild of a flavor in my cup, and in fact makes the drink a bit "muddier" (more powder), though without tasting badly!If all you need is 1/2 teasp (1.35 g) in a dose, and that is plenty for your needs, then I highly recommend this product. By far it has the best taste and texture of all I tried.Bit if you need more concentrated dosing, I would recommend Lost Empire brand (10:1) with 3x the concentration.One last thing, allergy alert.... he shou wu is made by curing the root in fermented black beans. I am not allergic to legumes, but for those who have a true IgE allergy, you may wish to research the allergenic risk. I wonder if lower he shou wu concentration translates to higher black bean content.

First time taking this product I used the full wooden teaspoon that came with the product. I was WIDE awake all day…. AND unfortunately all night too until the sun came up — eek!! I had been taking he shou wu in whole form as a tea for awhile and never had this effect so I thought I’d take more than 1/2 a tsp. This stuff is VERY potent. Start slowly!!I will say that I didn’t feel jittery at all, just very alert and clear. I will def take a much smaller amount next time I use it.

I wished I could rate it a 10 for taste. I've had it for a few months now. I pulled it out of the closet where I store my purchases till I use them😅😅 I read the benefits again and I'm like I needed to be using this like months ago when I first purchased it. Oh wow y'all this stuff give my teas the best taste....and although it look earthy it doesn't taste like it at all!! I'm about to order some more so that I'll never run out. And as some of the reviews mentioned a wooden spoon, that wasn't in my package. I hope I'll get one in my next order.Loving this stuff. Can't wait to witness the benefits 🙌🏽😅❣️

I'm happy with the taste, can't claim any benefits for my hair and like several other purchasers noted, the wooden spoon is NOT included as was promised in the advertising, even with the 3-pack! WHAT HAPPENED?

I initially bought this product to naturally reverse my graying hair. I read the reviews and figured I had nothing to lose. I’ve only been taking it for about three weeks and am very impressed with results. Although I can’t say I see much change in my hair, I have noticed remarkable changes in other areas. My sleep pattern has changed drastically where I no longer take prescribed medication to go to sleep. I was diagnosed as a chronic insomniac several years ago and have not gotten decent sleep without the aid of medication. Within days of taking this, I stared having deep sleep and was able to fall asleep within minutes of going to bed, no matter how much coffee I drank during the day. I still average four hours of sleep, but it is now restful sleep and when I wake up, I am no longer sluggish. I’m wide awake.Also, my stiff/aching knees are much better and I am able to rise after sitting for long periods of time with little to no pain. A big difference than before. Walking up and down the steps are no longer as painful.I add one spoonful of the wooden spoon that came with it in my coffee and enjoy the taste. I drink my coffee strong, with powder creamer and no sugar. The He Shou Wu does not change the taste at all. If anything, it gives it a smoother taste.I’m very happy with the product and have already ordered a second bag even though I still have quite a bit left in the first bag. I highly recommend this product.***UPDATE 10/12/18)***. I just completed the first bag and since ordering the second bag, have now ordered two more, to total four bags. I love the product and have started seeing black hair growing back in where the silver was growing. I love the energy, clarity, and focus from this product and highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing. Additionally, the seller is very responsive and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Upon opening the second bag, I noticed the wooden spoon was not included. I emailed the seller and had a response the next day, apologizing and agreeing to send a replacement. What customer service!!
