My back has been killing me for weeks. I have four bulging lumbar discs and a misaligned lumbar vertebrae. First day, right out of the box , i felt relief when i put it on. I went to the game and sat on the bleachers. Held my posture in check and felt great when i left. Definitely worth $40 for the relief.

I've had almost constant sciatic pain for two months from a lumbar vertebra having moved forward over the one below it. This belt not only pushed it back up enough for the pain to stop but, when I took it off in the evening to take a shower, I felt no sciatic pain return. So, this morning, I didn't put it on. It's 6:48 PM and still no sciatic pain!!! Fantastic! I'm elated. I'm looking forward to seeing how long this lasts before I need to put it back on, as an experiment. Wonderful!!! Update: it's the second day and still no sciatic pain. Will continue the experiment to see how long it lasts. Since some others haven't had this benefit, I suspect it depends on what the reason for the pain is. In my case, using it definitely moved what was wrong back in place enough to relieve the pain. I'd give it 10 stars, if I could! Update: yesterday, about noon, I felt the first sciatic pain down my leg = 3½ days of not wearing the belt. Put it on and wore it the rest of the day = no pain this morning. Will continue the experiment of not wearing it. However, I’ll cease reporting updates. Folks, I hope this works as well for everyone as it is working for me!

I wore this belt as directed but it never helped my back pain. Kept thinking it would take time to help but it never was effective. Waste of money & I wish I sent it back! The company did reach out to me & gave me a refund for the device. They did not request that I return the device. I gave the device to a friend who is trying it. The company is very reputable & professional. I thank them for their prompt resolution to the matter when they found out I was unhappy with the product.

Although it seems made for many sizes I found that there wasn't enough velcro for my size 36 waist to get a good grip. I don't know how smaller waist folks could use it at all. When it was fully inflated it did not decompress my lumbar so I returned it. Maybe it works for some, but not all. Perhaps they should make two different sizes. I have found decompression from laying on an exercise ball, which I now use as my office chair.

This product seems to be designed to fit people who have a fairly flat stomach. For those of us who don't, it does not fit properly. When you put it on, while it may fit around the bottom, it can be too big around the top and there will be a gap between your body and the belt. Adjusting the straps in a more crisscross (x) fashion to adjust for the gap, will not allow it to be used or support you properly. I found it unusable for my needs.

Altho your pumping air into little cubes it doesn't mean its pulling up or down on your spine its just making the belt tighter. You could buy a normal belt and get same results. Misleading advertisement i feel like im a sucker now...

Ce n'est pas l'un miracle il y a beaucoup d'avantage et des inconvénients. Cette ceinture soulage beaucoup des douleurs lombaire il faut un petit moment pour trouver la bonne position et le bon gonflage il ne faut pas hésiter à essayer plusieurs réglages et quand on a trouvé c'est vraiment bien... Les inconvénients ? Ça gène un peu c'est un truc en plus sur vous ça gène pour se pencher MAIS ça soulage vraiment vous aurez moins mal voire même plus du tout MAIS ça soigne pas il faut éviter de la porter tout le temps pour ne pas perdre les muscles du dos... Attention ça se perce facilement j'en ai fait l'expérience et j'en ai recommandé une immédiatement.

My 70 year old Mom had hip surgery 5 years ago and has complained of hip pain every since; after an MRI we learned she had disc compression in her back causing sciatic pain. On the first day, she was about to give up on her work for the day due to pain after only a short time. She tried this on, and low and behold, she was chugging along like she was 20 again for the entire day. She hasn't complained of any pain since she started using it.

This belt really has helped with my lower back pain. It is a quality piece of equipment, well made and easy to use.

It feels better but I haven't use it enough to really be able to tell. Only first reaction is I was hoping it would stretch my back more than it does
