Great product especially if you use gym or cycling

The gel did the job and gave me the boost I needed for my workout. However, I still prefer the powdered version, as it works better for me. That said, if you’re short on time or need something convenient before the gym, this gel is a great.

I bought the energy flavour gels and primarily use them for when I work out (weight training) whilst travelling away for work as they're easy to transport.The taste is odd, not quite sure how to describe energy flavour, but it's not unpleasant anyway, it's a gel and easy to drink.You take this pre work out about 10-15 minutes before and you really can tell the difference. I was skeptical as have had pre work outs before that didnt do a lot, but I can definitely tell my energy level increased everytime with these and saw an endurance boost.I tend not to take these before everywork as I dont want to start relying on them, but they're definitely worth it when you just feel sluggish and can't be assed.I bought these for about £20 so at around £1 a pop they're not the cheapest, but I think worth it.Oh one 'negative', however I read this on lots of other pre work outs, you can get a bit of a tingly face when you initially take it and start then work out.

I'm happy a bit expensive, I like the taste.
