It a Treadmill, what do you want
Item shipped good packaging, the treadmill it self does what it supposed to do, Ifit on the other hand can be a little cumbersome. The workout seem to be targeted to more of a fitter person not someone who is starting out. Overall a good product though

Paywalled treadmill does almost nothing without a subscription
I hate this treadmill. Hate is a strong word, but I mean it, I really regret every dollar I spent on it - but it's essentially impossible to return after you take delivery. In spite of the fact that it costs a thousand dollars more than my previous model, it does FAR less because almost every single function is locked behind a paywalled subscription. You're paying at least an $800 premium for an 11" display that serves only to tell you what features you aren't allowed to access without a $40/month subscription. When I say they don't toss you a bone, they don't toss you a bone here. Want a free starter class to see if you want to subscribe to iFit? Nope, don't have them. Would you like to connect the workouts tracked over to a health app? Nope, that costs $40 a month. Would you like to use your fancy Apple Watch to monitor your heart rate? Nope, it doesn't want to work with that. Wait, but you can probably connect your phone to the treadmill via the free iFit app, right? Nope... $40 per month please. But don't worry, there's probably something you can do on this giant screen to watch Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, or at least SOMETHING other than iFit right? Nope, doesn't do that. Not only does it not do that, if you find a way to hack the device so that it CAN play something, they will rush out a fix to block it.There's probably a basic program right? Like a standard hill program, or an intervals program right? I mean treadmills have had these for decades, so this has got to have a basic program right?Nope. You get iFit and only iFit.Also, it's no quieter than any other treadmill, tough to move around our workout room, doesn't fold up as nicely as my previous treadmill, and NordicTrack has a history of bricking devices with patch updates, so I can't even be confident that it will last me as long as my old clunker did. Assembly sucked, but I can't say it was worse than any other treadmill.Did I mention I regret buying this thing?

The ability to effortlessly adjust the speed—from a casual walking pace to an intense sub-six-mile pace—has been a game changer for my running and walking workouts. Overall great product
After doing a bunch of research for what my family’s needs were we decided on the Nordic Track commercial 1750 treadmill. We were originally only going to use iFit for the first trial month then just use it as a treadmill going forward without the service. About 2 weeks in my wife was enjoying the videos, auto incline adjustment and auto speed adjustment thst we are now paying for the service. As this would be a great treadmill without the service, you do loose a lot of features I with would be built in. It doesn’t track how many workouts you do and it doesn’t have any built in video workouts.I am a long distance runner and my wife does more hikes and 5k training. So we needed a treadmill that would last and hold ip to the multiple uses each day. Another big selling point is that after looking at reviews, watching videos and comparing price vs quality this was to be one of the quieter machines out there. This is the main reason I’m not giving this a 5. After about 2-3 weeks of use the machine has a creaking noise that is quite loud and it inclines and declines. I have reached out to get it fixed under the warranty, they sent me a new part which I installed myself and the issues has continued. I am currently waiting for a technician to come out at the time of writing this so I’m not sure what that outcome will be. I am a little disappointed spending over 2k on a machine that should be almost perfect out of box but I understand how not all electronics are checked and things slip through quality. Over all besides the loud creaking that happens, overall this is a great treadmill and would recommend if your a serious runner. But a bit overkill if you are only planning to use it a few times a week.Update: had a tech come out and the clicking sound is from the back feet sliding as the front rotates in and down. Only way to stop that is with soft pads or carpet samples under the feet to dampen the rubbing sounds.
