I live in a retirement community and my service people to install it for me were really impressed with the quality of the bidet. In fact they wanted the information for themselves. I did have to order an additional separate 10 ft. flexible connection for the sink (to be able to get warm water wash) because they did not trust the plastic hose that came with the unit. That was not a problem and the extra cost was minimal. It is a great value for the money!!

Installation went well, came as described, and perfect with all hardware needed... I only added Teflon tape. No connection leaks, and shut off/on valve works without a drip. Looks nice. Replaced a 10 year old plastic equivalent part. The New refrigerator has water solenoid that hammers the water when operating. I think the hammering pressure cracked the old plastic part. Expect this new brass valve will hold up better,

"Well Made & Easy to Install" pretty well says it. I was glad to have it not leak from any direction after my first effort at installing it.

My wife wanted one of those sink mounted glass rinsers that mounts on the back of the sink where the soap dispenser usually sits. I read lots of reviews on those gadgets and most of the 1 star reviews related to the T joint that came with the unit being faulty and leaky. Since I didn’t want to run the risk of installing this rinser and then having a waterfall under my sink due to cheap hardware, I bought this brass T joint instead. Works perfectly with the connections on the glass rinser and the wife is happy. Solid construction, easy to install, and no leaks. Save yourself the worry and buy this T joint. It’s worth it.
