They worked
These struts were aftermarket and so much cheaper than the ones from Cadillac. I’ve had them on for a few months now and the seem to be working just fine.

Junk struts
Buyer beware. These struts are garbage. Started squeaking after 9 months, unable to contact the seller.

Great OEM replacement
Even the warning sticker is just like the OEM one on the old struts. Only problem was I had to replace the nut on the top of the strut with the old nut from the strut being replaced. New nut is way to thick for proper clearance to the top retaining plate.

Strut failed not even a year I barely drive my car
The strut failed and there is no way to contact the company for a replacement strut worst never again cheap parts for a lot of money. Now have to get new parts and pay to get them swapped out.

"Compatible" No Sir
after replacing the factory struts with these, I started hearing noises from the front end of the Cadillac. Turns out to be the newZQ's that are making squeaking noises! I have ordered OEM MR struts to replace these. The ride and function of these struts do not compare to the old original struts that were removed! Very disappointed with this product.

Defective part
One part worked, the other did not. The vendor put a test procedure in with the parts, followed the test procedure and one part failed. I sent Information to the vendor, But have not received a reply.

Buye be aware !!!! Faulty
If I could give this a ZERO i would . I had them installed by a licensed mechanic the left side instantly made a rattle noise i called today to get a replacement Amazon can't help with that call the manufacturer no response

Perfect fit, but no way to communicate with seller
They take more time to put in then older style struts used to be but not a fault just an observation. First week is good so far, will update if needed but so far good quality identical to old struts, fast shipping and great price. New update, had them in my car for two months. Drivers side is now making sounds like rubber rubbing on rubber, noisy, also tripping fualt codes for stabltrak. used the app the seller supplied and it won't send him a message, so now going to attempt to go through amazon to get a replacement. not happy now
