We've had a heated mattress sheet for many years - this is probably now our 3rd or 4th one. I always look for a fitted sheet so that it attaches firmly to the mattress, and this one does just that. I like the different settings it has, although we generally pop it on full blast when we're getting ready for bed and it's so powerful that by the time we're in bed 10 mins later it's heated enough that we can turn it off for the night. So it's very cheap to run. I really don't see the need to have it on all night even on a low setting. It's comfortable to lie on and the attachments are to the side of the mattress so you don't lie on them. Some have different zones but I don't see the need for that personally. All in all, it's superb and I couldn't do without it.

You’d think buying an electric blanket would be simple but reading other customer reviews pointed to issues around ease of use, quickness to heat up, and many other considerations so I had more ‘homework’ than I expected before settling on this electric blanket. This item was well reviewed by many who’d bought it and I can agree that it does indeed justify its higher price point. The quality of the fabric is excellent and the ease of use and quickness to warm up etc are also important pluses. It doesn’t have ‘zones’ so you can’t just warm down at your feet for example, but it is a quality product that I’d buy again and recommend to a friend.

Mattress protector heats up quickly and effectively. I am unable to feel the heating element with just a sheet on top whilst lying down. (although if I explicitly search for them by running my fingers over the protecter, its true to say I can feel some very slight ridges)I checked the 6 temperature levels (albeit very inaccurately with a cooking thermometer in the bed and a pile of folded laundry on top of the duvet on top of the thermometer) and I got these readingsLevel 1: 20°C 68°FLevel 2: 25°C 76°FLevel 3: 30°C 86°FLevel 4: 38°C 100°FLevel 5: 39°C 102°FLevel 6: 43°C 110°FThis bears out my anecdotal experience of:- a preheat on Levels 5 and 6 - the bed was very hot.- switching on heating at level 1 during the night - hardly noticed the heating but was kept warmBedroom air temperature at the time was c. 15°C (59°F)Note: Temperature measurements are going to be inaccurate because they were not taken with someone in the bed and a cooking thermometer is hardly the peak of accuracy. However it gives an indicator.Time to heat : I estimate at 10 mins or so

This really is a quality product. Very pleased with it, comfortable to sleep on cannot feel any wires. Controls are very self explanatory so simple to use. But…. It does not heat up in 5 minutes. I put mine on the highest setting for an hour or so before I go to bed and it’s just right. There is no heat whatsoever after 5 minutes not sure who made that up. 🤷‍♀️ I do turn it off when I get into bed and it stays warmish for about 10 minutes.

As it’s cotton and not synthetic, you don’t sweat. It really warms you evenly and you can’t feel any electric wires. Value for money, Quality and functionality 10/10

We have used this item for several years and have one on all our beds and have given it to our adult children. Range of temperatures and a one hour shut off. Goes in the washing machine, we love them
