universal remote control Review: A mixed bag - The device looks almost like the Comcast remote I used to have. It has brand names printed above the number buttons. You provide your own AAA batteries x2. This remote refused to pair with my current Samsung (my primary) TV, which is what I wanted it for. I followed the instructions exactly and gave it multiple tries. But it did pair with 2 older TVs that we use in other rooms. The back of the device tells you to avoid pairing directly with the TV; instead, to use the BRAND buttons. So you turn your TV on, hold down the brand button, and if all goes well it will automatically pair with your TV in a few seconds. I am happy that it paired with my older sets, and it works, but still need one for my primary one. I would like to give it a 3.5 star rating, but I can’t give it a 4. Review: Do not buy this product! - It was a total piece of junk it did not work at all. I tried and tried and tried it was just garbage. Had to return it. From now on I'll go to Best buy!

Do not buy this product!
It was a total piece of junk it did not work at all. I tried and tried and tried it was just garbage. Had to return it. From now on I'll go to Best buy!
