Autosol Chromed Plastic Cleaner, Paste Non-abrasive Chrome Cleaner Plastic Polish for Home, Bike, Boat and Car Cleaning 75ml Tube

I used this Autosol Chromed Plastic Cleaner on the chrome parts of my car, and it worked really well. The paste is non-abrasive, easy to apply, and brings out a great shine without damaging the surface. The chrome looked noticeably brighter and cleaner after just a quick polish. A small amount goes a long way too, so the tube lasts quite a while. Overall, a very effective cleaner and polish for chrome and plastic parts. I’m very happy with the results.

Great polish if like me you have plastic chrome on your car it brings up a lovely shine and you don’t need much so will last a very long time

Brilliant item used a few times and always gives good results, this is my second tube from this seller. Fast delivery. Only given 4 stars as sadly the end of tube was split and product coming out, but I spoke to buyer n they refunded me straight away.

Not impressed with this product. I have used the autosol for chrome over years and always rated it. This product does not clean plastic chrome as well as I expected. On many parts I had to use the product 3 times before getting a result. Maybe it will work better on a different quality of plastic chrome.

My Volkswagen has a lot of chrome effect strips on all sides and recently I noticed a staining on most which did not shift when washing car. Looked like water marks or such dried on the trim. Tried several various polishes, cleaners etc but nothing seemed to work. Saw an advertisement for this product, noted the good reviews from most reviewers and thought I’ll try it and see. Not cheap but starting to run out of ideas. Came quickly and tried without delay. Really pleased with how well this removed most of the tarnish immediately with little effort. Some slight tarnish remained in one or two places but a second pass removed same. Does not need much polish at a time so should last a long time. Did all the trim on the car including low down trim and all cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend this product to use. Cleaned up a metal bumper protector on the car well too as a bonus.

Autoglym Super Resin Polish polishes plastic trim BETTER than this dedicated plastic polish from Autosol. If you think about it, that makes sense because Autoglym Super Resin Polish is safe to use on painted surfaces, which are the easiest to scratch and damage, so it will be safe to use on plastic too. And it is cheaper than this Autosol plastic polish - and Autoglym is made in the UK too. The other issue with this Autosol plastic polish, is that any that splashes onto your paintwork is a total nightmare to get off (I had to scub for ages), whereas if you splash Autoglym Super Resin Polish onto you paintwork, that will be good for the paintwork and it wipes off easily

I’ve used the metal autosol before and this is just as effective without the grit so no scratches 👍

It cleans and shines chrome coated plastic really well. Some of my shower fittings had long standing water marks on and this cleaned them off with ease and made them look like new.

Awesome product, worked excellent to clean up scuffed up chrome plastic air filter cover on my bike. Totally recommend this product. Besides priced very reasonable for a quality finished outcome.

Gutes Produkt dass eine Rezension verdient hat 😉. Hatte wie auf dem ersten Bild zu erkennen auf meinen Plastik Chrom Teilen an meinen Motorrad Armaturen so kleine weiße Punkte. Wirklich weg bekommen hab ich diese nie nach dem Waschen und Abledern. Mit diesem Produkt hier habe ich diese Punkte soweit wegbekommen, dass sie mir nicht mehr auffallen. Habe über ca 15 Minuten lang dreimal die Paste sehr dünn mit einem Mikrofasertuch aufgetragen und mit mäßigem aber doch deutlichem Druck kreisförmig diese eingearbeitet. Danach einfach nochmal mit einer sauberen Stelle vom Tuch drüber wischen. Ich kann also in meinem Anwendungsfall eine deutliche Empfehlung aussprechen. 👍

L'un des rares polish autorisé à être utilisé sur des plastiques chromés (donc moins agressif que certains polish pour métaux). A réussi à reprendre à 80~90% des contours de vitres complètement abîmés!

Produit utilisé pour la renovation de vieux appareils audio vidéo, les photos jointes sont celles de boutons en plastique chromé de boombox Crown de 1980 et dont l'ancien propriétaire était fumeur. Autant dire que après nettoyage c'est le jour et la nuit. Si le chrome n'est pas trop sale, un passage suffit mais dans ce cas précis il a fallu au 2 ou 3 passages et bien frotter et le résultat est à la hauteur, c'est juste parfait, les appareils sont comme neuf. Si la pièce est vraiment sale, je dégrossi avec un chiffon normal et je termine au microfibre, pour une pièce peu sale, le microfibre suffit.
