My dentist recommended that I use a Waterpik to help remove plaque from those hard-to-reach areas around my teeth. After learning that "Waterpik" was being used as a generic term, I did some research on Amazon and found this particular water flosser.I chose it based on its great reviews, high number of sales, and affordable price — a fraction of the cost of a branded Waterpik.I'm really happy with this purchase. Not only has it helped with plaque removal, but it’s also reduced some staining that my dental hygienist couldn’t tackle, especially since they no longer use the "sandpaper" floss between teeth.It’s very easy to use, has a good water capacity, and feels fairly well built. The battery lasted well over a week with twice-daily use, and recharging was quick and hassle-free.So far, so good — I have no hesitation in recommending this brand.

The product is good and easy to use

Honestly love!!!Super easy to use and super sturdy! Amazing value for money. Not been using long but after visiting dentist the last time my plaque % had gotten high. I have an awkward bite with crowding so flooding can be difficult in areas. This helps so much!!! Just had another visit to my dentist and my plaque score % has dropped massively. I’m 100% certain it’s due to my water floss. Battery lasts for ever. Super easy to use. Great attachments and the price is sooo worth it!😍

I bought this water-flosser to replace a different make that had worked well but stopped working after a couple of months. The Hangsun was delivered really promptly. What wasn't clear from the description on Amazon - or from the initial email response from Customer Service, when I contacted them - was that there is no choice of pressure settings for the jet of water that it delivers. The only adjustment is to the rate it pulses at. The pressure of the jet it delivers is extremely high (far, far stronger than than the maximum setting on my previous one) If you buy this flosser, make sure your tongue is well clear of the jet of water when doing the backs of your teeth - or it kills! However, this issue wouldn't have stopped me using it. The big problem I had was that, unlike my previous flosser, the Hangsun simply wasn't cleaning between my teeth properly, The water simply wasn't passing through the gaps between my teeth - particularly my lower ones which are quite closely packed ((I can only use the small orange teepees to clean between them) With my previous flosser, when directing the jet of water at the gaps, when cleaning from the front, I would used the tip of my tongue behind the gap, to feel and check i was getting the positioning right, so the water was passing through from the front - and so could clean between my teeth effectively. With the Hangsun, the force was so great, the water was simply bouncing off my teeth and not actually passing through the gaps! Cleaning was therefore ineffective. I emailed Customer Service. Response from them was amazingly quick and couldn't have been more helpful. After an emailed conversation, the lady decided that, as this water-flosser only has one pressure setting - extremely high - it simply isn't suitable for the narrow gaps between my teeth. I was offered an immediate, full refund, which I gratefully accepted. If you have reasonably generous spacing between your teeth and and are sure you only require an extreme!y high pressure setting, this might be okay for you (just don't get your tongue in the firing line!)Further to my above review:- Having read a review written by a man who, having got through a series of cheaper flossers, had bought a Panasonic EW1511 that has ultrasonic heads and 5 pressure settings - and was still working fine after 2 years of twice daily use, I decided that, although it was twice the price of the Hangsun, I would invest in one of these. I'm absolutely delighted with it so far.Just after the Panasonic arrived I was contacted again by Hangsun Customer Service. Apparently the lady who had dealt with my problems with the Hangsun, was new to the team - and was wrong when she told me the pressure couldn't be adjusted. The pressure should be adjustable. The unit I'd been sent was faulty. The man who contacted me was very apologetic about the problems I'd had and, as a goodwill gesture, sent me their mini travel flosser which has a generous range of pressure settings if 'custom' mode is selected. This appears to work fine but obviously, because of its tiny water tank, is only really suitable for occasional away from home use. Hangsun is an 'honest' company that works hard to do right by their customers if problems occur. If you do decide to buy this water flosser, I feel pretty confident in saying you will be looked after, if things should go wrong.

I have had this water pik for about 3 months and it’s brilliant. I had a small area around a wisdom tooth that would continually get infected and bleed. The daily use of the water pik has made a massive difference and my teeth and gums feel cleaner than ever. Highly recommended.

Overall this is a solid product it does its job where your toothbrush cannot reach certain areas I would only recommend this product to people who have very sensitive gums or have wisdom teeth problems apart from that you could just use a normal salt wash this is basically the same except it is a lot more accurate and can get small amount of food trapped behind your gum flap or in certain awkward areas that your toothbrush can’t get to so for me thus product was definitely worth it as I am struggling with wisdom teeth in both sides of my mouth at the bottom and it can help get trapped food from underneath the gum flap that a toothbrush cannot reach overall good product would recommend if you have gum problems such as sensitive gums or wisdom teeth problems or even if you do have wisdom teeth still worth getting
