Schleich 13826 Hen

Made from a tough plastic this is not brittle and can take a lot of mishandling. The detail is superb. Looks larger than the 4.2 x 2.5 x 5.5 cm dimensions suggest. [roughly 2" tall x 1½" long] which makes them about 1/12 scale [suitable for 1/12 dollshouses]. Postage is the shocker on this, but also quite expensive if you want a small brood of hens.

Brilliant product. Excellent quality and fine detail. You will find cheaper but not of this quality. I am now a collector on behalf of my 1 year old daughter. Already bought 12 different animals to go on her farm play mat.

Detailed and high quality. It's a bit darker than shown in the advert photo. I own several models in this farmyard series - Schleich is a good make.
