Distributes weight evenly, helping to reduce pain in wrists
I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and one of the biggest challenges I face while lifting weights is the pressure and pain in my wrists. Even with lighter weights, the strain can be too much, often causing me to lose grip during my lifts. In the past, I used to rely on lifting gloves with wrist straps, but I still felt discomfort and pressure, which made it difficult to push my limits. After discussing my struggles with a trainer, they recommended these Lifting Wrist Straps. I was skeptical at first because I had never used this type of strap before, but I decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad I did! Using these straps has been a game changer for my lifting routine. I noticed an immediate difference in how my wrists felt while lifting heavier weights. The double-layer leather design provides excellent support, and I found that the pressure on my wrists was significantly reduced. It felt as though the weight was distributed more evenly through my arms rather than being concentrated on my wrists alone. Hand straps can be easily adjust how tightly you wrap them around the weight and if you want them to follow your hand or be wrapped around the weight. This extra customization allowed me to find a secure fit that worked for my lifting style. I also appreciated that I could easily transition between different exercises without having to readjust constantly. After using these wrist straps, I experienced a newfound confidence in my lifts. The pressure that once held me back is gone, and I can now focus on my form and technique without worrying about wrist pain. I was even able to push myself to lift heavier weights than I thought I could, all while maintaining a firm grip on the bar. Overall, if you’re struggling with wrist pain or pressure during weightlifting, I highly recommend giving these straps a try. They have made a noticeable difference in my workouts, allowing me to return to heavy lifting without the fear of hurting my wrists. It’s a simple yet effective solution for anyone looking to enhance their lifting experience!

Game Changer for My Lifts
Got you — here’s a more natural, personal version: ⸻ I didn’t expect to be this impressed, but these COFOF wrist straps are legit. The first time I used them for RDLs, I immediately noticed the difference. My grip wasn’t the weak link anymore, so I could actually focus on my hamstrings and form instead of worrying about the bar slipping. Same thing with lat pull-downs and dumbbell rows — I was able to go heavier and keep everything controlled. The quality feels really solid. They’re thick, comfortable around the wrists, and don’t feel cheap at all. No weird digging into my skin or feeling like they’re going to rip mid-set. Honestly, I wish I had bought straps sooner. If your grip gives out before your back or legs do, these are 100% worth it.

super solid wrist wraps for average strength lifting
Just so you know, I'm an older lifter with a single max lat pull down ~170lbs; I only mention this I can't speak to their performance/support at 'heavy'. For me, the wrist straps are very good: solid quality, good grip and are comfortable under stress/load so they work well isolating muscle groups and help with my weak grip. my only complaint is that they keep bumping buttons on my garmin watch. Velcro holds tight, it's awesome! The leather grip is doing well right now, but i've only got about a dozen work outs with them.

Great value for the price
Solid quality and they work well. In retrospect I wish the pads were smoother leather versus suede for a stickier grip, but I think these will wear in. Wrist strap is solid. Great value for the price

Absolutely best wrist strap gloves in the world.
I have tender wrists. I am elderly and need to workout so I can delay my Alzheimer’s. My wrists kept me from good workout. I tried lifting straps but they were difficult and couldn’t take weight off my wrists. These weightlifting wrist gloves are very easy th keep weight off my wrists. Thank you for making these. I love these lifting strap gloves.

Lifting Straps
These straps were pretty good. However they smelled terrible when I pulled them out of the box. I was hoping leaving them sitting out would help the smell. If you can get past the smell they are comfortable to use.
