Good but...
Very intuitive and esasy to use but some special functions (like oil reset) doesn't work on my Hyundai Sonata 2011 (YFA) 2.4L

Very kind and amazing support! Good scanner!
When I received this product, my scanner refused to update it's system software for BMW/Mini. I contacted support and they were very kind to answering any questions and eventually they sorted it out. So far this scanner is great to use for many of the different brand vehicles we own!

Not accurate description of vehicle application
I drive 3 vehicles. Chevy, Jeep and Ford. This instrument did not even apply to them. It didn't offer a Ford vehicle option. I was not happy with this discovery after the fact.

Nice, but...
It is a nice tool, but limited for my particular vehicle. I could've purchased a cheaper OBD2 scanner and had the same result.

Good first impression
The unit seems well built on the outside and has a nice case. The system is straightforward and seems easy to use. I purchased this to scan my Jeep Grand Cherokee and do a throttle relearn. System is easy to navigate. So doing a relearn this unit locked up my PCM and I had to spend over six hundred to replace the engine computer. Something in the bosscomm software has a glitch. I would recommend the unit for scan only not any relearn. Lesson learned
