Excellent low density insoles
Bought these as I have had plantar fasciitis and these are perfect. Had high density ones before but found them painful to use. I use these in boots and find they stay in position and because these aren’t full length, they do not then make boots tight across the toes. Recommend.

they are very soft, comfy and supportive in my Nike trainers, these are size 7 3/4 LD ones, they fit well. I have now ordered another 3/4 MD as it’s good to have a spare pair. My consultant podiatrist advised me to wear these as i have flat feet, sesamoiditis and metal work in one foot due to bunion alignment
