I was disappointed when I first booted this up as it was extremely slow. However Im updating this review because after making sure all the necessary updates were made she runs great.

It’s a very good device. Got it for a friend and he loves it

I like the look and feel of it but not much beyond that.It’s set up to use Microsoft stuff but you’ll have to pay after first year so I’m choosing to use my google docs, sheets, etc instead and it’s making it very difficultCan’t load some simple open source programsKeeps timing out/looking like it’s not connecting to websites when my husband is right next to me working fine so it’s not our internetLots of pop ups for things I will never use.Basically a lot more trouble and I would rather use my 12 year old laptopI should have returned it but now I’ve spent too much time trying to like itTrying to Christmas shop on any site. It just keeps saying page not responding.No matter what I do the time and date will not stay correct.Ugh. Getting worseUpdate jan 12- the other day it said i had another week to return it. Now when i decided it SUCKS it says too late. It wont turn on at all. Had to shut it down after constant “page not responding”. Just google! 1 window open. Nothing addedTerrible!!!!

I got this for my daughter for homeschool and it's perfect for the price and looks great in rose gold. Its fast and is great for basic online and school work. I highly recommend and get the insurance just to cover it. Especially with kids..

My last one lasted nearly five years, then a broken pipe ended it’s life. This one is OK. The screen color IMO is washed out. I use it mainly to paint pet portraits and the real color of the pet is far from what this laptops color is. But it was fairly cheap as that is the only thing I use it for and to store photos. So it will do.

I knew nothing about what to look for in a lap top so again I researched and read reviews and after hrs I am so glad I went with this one…the color is great the durability is great and it has everything I needed and wanted in a lap top for school and personal use…definitely recommend

The description says it is touch screen but it is not.

I haven't been able to use this product since I got it. Microsoft keeps "locking" my account unless I give them more information or take more actions. They say it was locked because I violated community guidelines?????I haven't even used it yet!!!Only had it two days. Supposed to have mcft 365 free for one year on it, that's misleading because there's more to it than that and that was one of the selling points for this computer. Also I understood that it was a "newer" computer but I don't believe that is the case. It has been updating for two days and it's getting full already. Hate this thing!Always went with hp. I'm older and so I've had a lot of different ones. Over the years they've just gotten more and more user UNFRIENDLY and more company/advertiser friendly.Will never do this again
