Authentic Raymarine
We received the current model (black, not gray as shown in the photo) network switch. It works great, integrated into our network with no issues.

I wish I had an alterative to Raymarine switch, this switch does not have enough ports for what they charge and it only has one
high speed port. It's a simple 5 port switch that has only one high speed port so concatenate to another switch. These switches, for what they are, are WAY over priced, Raymarine shame on you.

defective HS5 after 6 months
I've bought a Raymarine HS5 network switch (see below)After the winter lay-up on the hard i've just relaunched my boat and turned on my equipment.Everything is working except my network switch. The red power led lights up properly and stayes on. The green status leds for the 5 ports light up shortly and go out and stay out. Regardless what i connect and if it is turned on or not.My equipment connected to the switch do work as they should. I've connected two mfd's, one a65, one a67 and a digital radome. Before going on to the hard it all functioned very well. When i remove the switch and connect the mfd hard to each other the communicate, also when i connect my radome to one of the mfd i get radar signal.I need the switch to get all my data at the chart table and simultaneously at the helm. Can you help me to correct this problem.Kind regards,Hans [email protected]
