Second time buying this for both my children and they take it with ease. It’s a slightly fizzy powder which makes it fun to take plus the flavor is also a plus. I really like the vitamins it has too especially for winter and spring seasons which I dread. My kids enjoy it and I’ll continue to get it for them.

Best thing since sliced bread. We used to take the vitamin c drink packets of these. Not our favorite so I’d make mine a shot instead of mixing it with the full amount of water. But these? Everyone in the house loves them. We have the kids and regular versions, great flavors and fun way to pump the kids full of vitamin c when the funk is going around at school.

I have been sick on and off all winter, thought I would give these crystals a try. I am an adult, so I take two a day.
