It's FINE, but have to manipulate it to get a flavor that reasonably replaces wine
It's FINE. But by it's self, at room temp, the flavor is pretty mild. I was excited by the smell because the ginger is strong, but I couldn't taste it. So the changes I had to make were 1) microwave in a coffee cup for 1:30 (dunno what this does to any active ingredients) 2) Add a packet of Thai instant ginger tea (gives a nice bite to the taste) Not sure if I'll order again, at $3+ a can and having to add extras, I'm not sure if it's worth it. Really on the border.
