Good item.
The silicon case is slightly too big and keeps falling off. This is not really a problem as it is for light use i.e. once or twice a day. It would be better if the display was the other round. Apart from those two minor points it seems to be a good item.

Very accurate
Very accurate and easy to use. Have used it on many patients now and have had it checked with a ZOLL Pulse Oximeter, same results. Very happy and would recommend.
