I purchased this because I have an older garage door and couldn’t find a replacement seal for the door. I was able to install this in less than 10 minutes by myself. You do need to prep with chalk and cut the ends to size but other than that it was quick, accurate and affordable. I no longer have leaking issues.

Easy to install and closed the gap in the garage door. Hopefully this solves the water issue.

Rather than spend thousands and still be dis-sastified I gave this a shot and it seems to be a huge improvement so far. I gave this brand a shot since it seemed to have the best reviews in this price range. As you can see by the photos, there is some sunlight coming in (pictured near the center) but hoping that isn't indicative of issues to come. It would be interesting to see if a different style may have been taller and handled that better or if it's all about intentionally NOT doing a perfectly straight installation since the floor isn't perfectly straight. As I live and learn, I have no problem disposing of the $2/ft or less that I invested and replacing it with something else, or trying to adjust this one a little better. For me the most difficult part was seeing my pencil marks on the floor and the excess adhesive seemed hard to clean up but I'm tickled pink with the functionality I seem to have.

I had/have one where the garage door lands but water was still making its way in after a hard rain. I put this one in front of and up against the one that was there and it has kept the water out.

Easy to apply silicone seems more like glue just snap a couple lines cut to fit and silicone

I had a small gap under my garage door where the weather stripping had malformed on one side leaving a small gap that was allowing cold air to trickle in. I installed this seal strip and that gap is gone. I will say due to the fact that my garage floor is raised a bit above my concrete slab to prevent flooding, installation was a little more complicated than it could have been. I had to glue the strip mostly to the garage floor which made the part on the slab a bit more difficult to stick. But the supplied adhesive worked quickly and quite well to help me achieve this.

I bought this product to prevent water from leaking in my garage. It was easy to install and does the job. It does as some additional height to door which may make it hardert to close.

The adhesive isn’t the best and neither is the seal, but it work’s sufficient enough.
