The helmut liners are of medium thickness, warm, and can be pulled down to cover the ears.

Fabric and construction are superb. Stretchy, yet snug. Fits my medium-sized adult head. Expect long-term use of this cap.Goal: thin, snug, comfy cap for warmth for winter jogging that would not interfere with my optional fleece and outer shell hoods on top. This is great for that purpose.
