Im loving this pill holder, as a chronic disease patient i put it on my key fob and this way i never forget my medication at home. Its also small and the clip it comes with is easy to use so you can hang it on pretty much anything. Depending in the size of your pills it may be a little tight so I definitely recommend trying to take out those larger pills at home first, you dont want to be out and about and realize you cant get your pills out of the container, but other than that its great. Its feels heavy and sturdy, overall the quality seems great, mine hasn't gotten any scratches or dents. It also has little rubber sealers inside which definitely make me think it could withstand some water exposure without affecting the integrity of your meds

Smooth on the outside, threads screw smoothly and easily, and stays closed/sealed in the pocket. This size is perfect for a capsule or a few mini tablets—mini aspirin, nitroglycerin, some thyroid hormones, etc.—but too small for a calcium tablet or multivitamin. It doesn’t carry everything I want it to, but it works well, the size is unobtrusive, and the design doesn’t draw attention, making it a keeper for me.

I use it for two backup medications. It's small enough to keep a few tablets of each, without being too big to keep in your pocket on your key ring. It's a good deal too, not too expensive. I like the shape of it and its light weight, but heavy duty construction. I have not dropped it in the water yet, but I have no doubt that it would keep my pills dry. It has a rubber gasket type of thing that seals when you screw it closed. You can keep it longer if you need more pills. Two sections is enough for me.

This little case is perfect for storing my nighttime medication on those evenings that I work 3rd shift. It is waterproof, great compact design that I can clip to the inside of my work backpack. It is simplistic in design and usage. For a titanium pill case, it is worth every penny.

Chain broke and had to buy another. The capsule is great and water tight. I wanted both chain and pill container and only one I still have.

By far the best quality metal pill holder. Very discreet and compact. Only holds a few pieces, this is perfect for an emergency backup. Serves my purpose perfectly.

Hope I never need it. But it holds a few children aspirin in case you have a heart attack. I had a plastic bottle but this is metal and will last forever and it has a good O-ring seal to keep the aspirin dry.
