Great product!
Love the product. Finally got the courage to do a three-way switch. Use this in addition to the lutron accessory switch. Love how the QR code scan walked me step by step through the process. My setup was a little bit confusing because power ran to my light first. I'm still a little confused how it works. However, for me the common screw connects to the load. I just followed all the instructions it gave me and everything worked perfectly the first time. I can't believe how quick it was to get this set up.

100% recommend for HomeKit automations
I love you switches. They solve a major problem for me. I can use them with a Lutron hub an Apple HomeKit.. Lutron hub automations I donโt even deal with HomeKit automations is where itโs at basically I turn off the main kitchen light and I want to turn off the dining room light which is to the side of the kitchen and it does it automatically using HomeKit and I even set time of day. This happens for example when Iโm having dinner, I donโt want the main kitchen light turning off the dining room light. I just want to have the light over the kitchen table so this saves me a lot of hassle. I also use them in the loft when I turn off one loft light switch it turns off all of them, and when I turned it on.

Nice design
Iโve tried several switches in my house and this one is by far the best one. Iโm not the handiest man out there so I did struggle a bit with the installation but I got figured out. It is a very reliable switch, Iโve had zero issues with connectivity, it responds extremely fast. I also love the design as it matches the style of my house and it looks just like a normal switch (others look flat)

Reliable and safe
I have a fair bit of experience installing switches and other devices in the zigbee and z-wave protocols, they were ok but now supplanted by yet another "standard" called matter. I tried some matter devices but the whole experience was difficult, frustrating, and alarmingly unreliable. So on to Lutron and it has been a dream. Easy setup and never have had a single issue. One switch I installed in a location that controlled a light and outlet together. Not thinking, I plugged a space heater into the outlet, pulling more than the 5 amps the switch is rated to pass. After a while the switch got very hot, shut itself down and the LED blinked to tell me something is wrong. It saved me from what could have been a fire. That is a SMART switch. I thought probably it is fried but I installed it in another location and it is working great. My only complaint is the app is far too simple, very little can be done regarding automation. Perhaps this is a trade-off for reliability.

Rock-Solid Reliability and Lightning-Fast Response
This just worksโevery timeโwith virtually zero latency. Whether youโre using the app, a voice assistant, or the physical switch, the response is instant and reliable. One small personal preference: the tactile feel of the paddle isnโt quite as satisfying as Lutronโs โdumbโ switches. Itโs more of a dull click than a crisp one. Not a dealbreaker at allโjust something I noticed. Setup was straightforward, and once connected, itโs been completely hands-off. Exactly what I want from a smart switchโno fuss, no glitches, just smooth operation. If youโre looking for a dependable smart lighting solution, Lutron Claro is worth every penny.

Very good switch
This package tends to be my go-to product when a client would like to have the ability to turn on a light from multiple locations and the wiring is not there to do so. My only issue is with arc protection. I had a helper put one together and the hot wire touch ground and tripped the circuit. This event killed the circuitry in the switch and rendered it inoperable. Totally our mistake but it would be nice if the switch had protection built in.

Good for a simple paddle switch
I like Lutron products because they hold up over time. This product I found the most difficult to install compared to the other Lutron smart switches. My house has some switches without neutral wires and some parts of the house with these wires. After finding a box with neutral wires, I found the instructions a bit confusing and Lutron has a couple of videos out with different instructions which causes some confusion. In the end, I had to just figure it out on my own until I got the wires connected properly. I connected it as a 3-way switch accompanied by a Pico paddle switch on the other end. Because my house has some old wiring from the 1950s, I don't think I'll buy this switch again and instead concentrate on Diva and maybe the original Caseta smart dimmer switches.

Lutron Casรฉta is Best-in-Class. Period
These new switches are much easier to use instead of the multi-button switches and looks great next to regular decora switches. I've installed Caseta in two homes now, 20+ switches, lamp dimmers, and outdoor switches. It's rock solid and has never let me down.. not once. Even the app is very reliable (hub needed). Highly recommend any Lutron Caseta product.

Great if you have kids
Can be programmed to turn off after an amount of time or at a certain time. Great for dads who are tired of turning the lights off after their kids.

Easy to install
These are great. Slowly changing over the house to smart switches. Alexa and phone apps are a great way to control your lights where ever you happen to be.

Great ecosystem, great switches, large switch that requires a lot of wire nuts
Lutron Claro switches look great and work great. However, they're quite thick (3cm sticks into the box). On top of that, they have 5 wire leads on them, which means you need at least 5 wire nuts in the box, to fully wire them. This is brutal on box fill, under CEC rules, and means you cannot fit one in a standard 12.5 cu inch box (with 3 insulated conductors). If they used screw terminals for at least hot and neutral, like some other brands, that'd make a huge difference. If you're willing to replace your standard boxes, or live somewhere where plastic boxes are more common (which are usually larger, at least in Canada), and this fits in your box, then they're a no-brainer.

Nice switch but expensive.
Good smart switch, Provides convenient remote control of lights. Expensive compared to competitors. Should be sold with or without the wall plate. I paid for a wall plate I donโt need.
