High quality zinc lozenge
I often find zinc lozenges make me feel nauseous. Even though this one may taste a tad chalky - which I do not mind at all - it has a pleasant mint taste, always helps my throat feel better and contains a high amount of zinc. I never get nauseous after-effects from letting one dissolve in my mouth. i believe it is value for money. A+

Not worth the expense
I started taking these on day one of a cold/virus - it’s difficult to predict when one is going to get one ! Anyway I thought they had a strange chalky minty like taste and not great when you are feeling ill. I only took a few but they left me feeling sick. Thereafter I took just a couple a day. I do think they have had a positive effect regarding how I feel and have reduced the awful symptoms of a cold/virus slightly.

Perfect for immunity
This is a hidden gem for immunity, far better than vitamin C when you have a cold, it’s not even close.

Witchcraft!
These were recommended as being helpful to nip a cold in the bud before it really takes hold. Difficult to know if it was the zinc, the copious amounts of vitamin c, or the gallons of water I drank, but something worked as the cold only lasted 2 days!

Irritated my stomach...
Unpleasant to suck as the mint flavour doesn't last, they didn't appear to reduce the length of my cold. After a few days of just 3 a day, I realised they were irritating my stomach - I googled zinc should only be taken after food, but this information is not related on the box. It took 2 or 3 days for my stomach to return to normal, so I don't think I would risk trying them again.

Best supplement based on ingredients
I have early stages of a cold so got these after doing some research. These are the only kind of losenges that can work cos they contain Zinc Acetate & no “zinc blocker” ingredients. I saw people complain about the flavour in the reviews but honestly they’re fine. It’s like an alkaline peppermint taste, just like antacid tablets. Zinc tastes weird so there’s only so much you can mask the flavour without loads of additives that might block the efficacy of the Zinc. I was ideally looking for a sugar free supplement but these don’t have a huge amount of sugar, so I can cope for a few days. I haven’t found any other sugar free Zinc Acetate losenges anywhere, maybe it’s not possible. If you can make them sugar free, please do! The packaging was fancy and mostly recyclable. Overall I will definitely buy them again. Edit: I still got the cold but it helped to delay it. Would use again. Don’t take on empty stomach

Good but be careful
I tolerate them well and I do strongly believe they helped lessen the severity/duration of the last couple of colds I've had, but my spouse got really bad stomach cramps from a small dose. The directions indicate that you can take up to 9 lozenges daily, please be aware that this is very high. Just don't take them on an empty stomach and stop using if you have any gastrointestinal issues.

Immune boost
Always take these at the first sign of a cold and they either help to ward it off or definately make the cold lighter and shorter. I really like the nice minty taste too, not sure what the other reviews are referencing when they talk about a bad taste?!
