Q: any of you guys have tiny cars? would a 6 feet be long enough for rear facing child in prius or should i get 8 feet?

I have a matrix and a ford edge--I bought the 8 foot so that it would be versatile in both cars--it is complete overkill in the matrix. Even in the Edge, honestly. Unless you have a mini van and are going from the very front to the very back, I would say 6 is prob fine. The longer ones are very cumbersome and my vent adapter actually broke because the longer one got caught under something in the car and pulled it off. I wish I could trade mine for a 6 foot!!

Q: Is this compatible with a Subaru Outback? And, is this truly an effective option?

Yes this is a great option. Many hook the Noggle up to the far right passanger vent.

Q: I live in Arizona, how many of you have broken your AC vents using this?

I live in Florida and we haven't broken any of our vents using this. I did break the connector part once but my husband fixed it.
