This is a magical supplement to keep thyroid gland normal. Since the last 5-6 years, I'm following palak mam and the supplements but for a year, I had stopped taking the thyroid tripple care supplement and found my anti TPOs very high, now starting it again so that my body stays fit. My mood swings and lethargic mood is a no show post having this supplement. I feel quite energetic with no headaches and anxiety !

Almost finished one bottle of this, , Not a single bit of improvement noticed .No change, feels like ibwasted my money.Any supplement takes 60-120 days to show results but atleast small benefits should show or be felt...so that one gets encourages to buy the next bottle. Disappointed!

Although the formula looks good, this may not be helpful at correcting subclinical hypothyroidism - because RDA level of nutrients may not be helpful at correcting deficiencies
