Actually thought this was a knife with the cover! And when I received it I went back to read the description and still don’t think it’s clear enough - it’s just the knife guard, doesn’t come with the knife!

Well it’s a robust knife shield but I thought by photo (didn’t read sorry) it was a knife, deserves a 5 star

I am very pleased with the functionality of this knife. It is very sharp and light, making it a dream for arthritic hands. The fact that it's ceramic does make me more careful with its handling, than with steel knives, but that has proved to not be a problem. I would recommend getting the sheath for it.

It does what it does and is a perfect fit for my Kyocera knife

Excellent couteau qui tranche vraiment bien ! Idéal pour couper mes légumes , viandes etc..Je l'utilise tous les jours. Ce n'est pas mon premier , j'en posséde de plusieurs tailles. Le seul reproche que je lui ferai ( c'est la raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles) est que s'il tombe par terre , la lame se casse .J'utilise aussi des couteaux en inox , aucun risque si le couteau tombe , mais je trouve que cela tranche moins bien alors je priviliégie quand même les couteaux KYOCERA , en faisant attention ...

Cette protection est indispensable si votre couteau céramique est rangé dans un tiroir à ustensiles. Elle évitera qu'il s’ébrèche et de se couper en prenant un ustensile dans le tiroir. Inutile si vous avez un porte couteaux.
