my son is having to be bribed to try this book, but ill give anything a go to sort his behaviour. Has fun interactive tasks with drawing and questions to answer then it's broken up by fun games such as word searches. I like the idea of it, its just my sons a stubborn so and so.

This book is well worth a read, not just if you have kids but you could learn a lot about what are the triggers that set you off too. There are some exercises which won't solve problems but they may train those involved to develop a better coping mechanism for stress. Lots of writing before you get to the main activities, have not tried them out yet with my class, but the ideas look good.

I got this book for my 6 year old, she loves it! I would say that it’s probably better suited for 8 and up. There’s just a lot of reading and writing so it’d be easier for a child who can already read and write.

Very informational however would recommend for probably little older then 6 some thing are a little advance for my 6 year old
