Provided quick and lasting relief for a strain I had in my foot
Just the other day I had a weird slip on some papers on the floor that made my foot suddenly slide. Later it felt as if part of my foot was strained and I wondered if I may have broken a small bone as it bothered me while walking the rest of the day. When I got home I happened to remember I had the foot acupressure plate and decided to give it a try. After stepping on it fir about 5 minutes it began to feel some relief. The next day my foot was fine!

Helpful daily tool
I love mine so much I gifted it to my parents and friends! It's a practical tool that I use for the 2 minutes I brush my teeth each day. I've noticed the longer I stand on it the more my body temperature increases so that's how I know it's working. I stand on my feet a lot at work, so after a long day of that- it provides a reset for my feet. If it's too much pressure some days I stand on it with socks.

Feeling aligned
Iโve been using this board before work most days for about a month, and my spine feels noticeably more aligned when I use it! I have sensitive feet, so I generally wear socks and that works well for me.

You have to have the perfect sized feet for this to fit
Bummed this was way off on a womanโs size 8 foot. It was a gift. Definitely for a manโs foot. Gave it three stars instead of one because I know this would be a great thing for the person who made the mold for this product.

Very Effective
I try to use this daily, just for a few minutes at a time, has an amazing overall effect on the rest of the day. Finding it less and less uncomfortable, and a real improvement in my balance.

Really helps with being at standing desk
I have been using this in and off through the day at my standing desk. I notice less stress, less pain, less fatigue and better poster. My feet feel great. What an awesome inexpensive way to take care of your health. Product is very well made.

It's your mind right!
Breathe in your nose twice and breathe out once, then relax. Listening to music will take make the experience better, try to go for an entire doing it's a real challenge. Highly recommend!
