Nescafe Dolce Gusto Piccolo Titanium Coffee Pod Machine, 1500 W

Bought this as a replacement for a Piccolo machine that had died after 6 years of daily use. A great machine that was delivered very promptly.

Not to bad but if you're a massive coffee fan I would buy the next model up or go all out!!

We bought this as a replacement to our old dolce gusto coffee machine, which we used daily. Thought we would buy this version as we liked the look/colour of it. It came quickly. What we did not realise was that it didn’t have a dispensing gauge which our old machine had. Basically on the pods you purchase it tells you which line to set for each pod. So for a cappuccino for the frothy milk you set the machine to line six and the espresso part of the coffee to line one. Each time you get a great cup of coffee using whatever cup/mug you want. This machine does not have this gauge. As far as we could tell from reading the manual and watching online tutorials you have to measure/guess when to stop the water passing through the pod. For us, this is too much hassle and guess work so we have returned the machine, re-ordering one with the gauge.
