Works well, quite bulky. Subscription needed.
Our boy isnt allowed out because we have busy roads and also hes a fatty and likes to break into peoples homes and eat their food. This tracker means we know exactly where he is if he does escape and it also tells us how l̶a̶z̶y̶ active he is. Only issue- our boy is a chonk and its still quite bulky on him. I tend to take it off in the evening so he can clean himself a little easier and he needs all the help he can get to reach anyway. Battery lasts a week (without live tracking) and we get a reminder when its low. Easy to charge. Just release it from its rubber cable and click it into the charger. Its quick to charge and youll get a notification when its done. It uses about 1% of battery per minute of live tracking. Worth remembering it if they go awol for a few hours- turn off live tracking and only turn it on via the app when actively looking for them. I think the dog version has a slightly better battery but would be too big for a cat. Geo fence is useful as its saves battery but its location is a little erratic, sometimes saying hes out of the house when he is sleeping next to me. Alarm is too quiet (assume so as not to scare the cat or injure the cats ears) so I have a mini tile on him too which I can trigger the alarm via the tile app (tiles are LOUD!) when im near to him to easily pinpoint him if hes being a d-k and hiding in a bush. The collar it comes with is sturdy and works well. I purchased a years membership- its not much use without a membership unfortunately but I reasoned it was worth the expense because it allows live gps tracking, unlike the tile. The Tile only shows last location and alarm sounding and battery lasts a year+ with no subscription. Having them both on him seems like a lot but hes my precious fat meatball and I want him to be safe.

Amazing cat tracker for little money!
I got this tracker a month ago and boy this is MUCH MORE THAN JUST A GPS TRACKER.Ease of Use: The setup was incredibly quick and simple, and the app is user-friendly. Pairing the tracker with my phone was seamless.GPS Accuracy: Outstanding. I can track my catâs movements in real-time. No more stress for me!Battery Life: The battery life exceeded my expectations. A single charge lasts over a week, reducing the hassle of frequent recharges. Of course this depends on how long your cat is out the house.Durability: The tracker is robust and weather-resistant, I can see this tracker lasting a lifetime.Size and Comfort: Itâs very lightweight and compact, so my cat doesnât seem to notice it. This surprised me A LOT since sheâs small and very picky on wearing collars. She doesnât seem to care wearing it and I noticed she can move and jump around as if nothing changed!Features: this âgeo-fencingâ feature is a game-changer! Receiving instant alerts if my cat leaves designated areas gives me peace of mind.Overall this is a high value investment! You got everything you need to keep your cat comfortable and safe. Highly recommended!

Reassuring and effective
Bought this tracker for our cat. Our cat had medical but is very outdoor tempremented so this seemed like a sensible compromise to allow our cat some freedom to explore while being able to keep tabs on where she is.Postives:- The app is helpful, whenever we want to trace the location of our cat we just open the app and live track. We can see on the app areas where she likes to go and monitor her wellbeing. It has come in handy on the rare occasion that she has ventured out of the garden. The app also notifies us if she leaves the defined safe zone that we have set.- Our cat really doesn't mind wearing the tracker and the power on sound is now a signal for her that she can go out. The collar it comes with is very secure but quick release works well. We were cautious of the quick release feature as we had to really pull hard to remove the collar and we were concerned that it may do the same in the event she became stuck but it did infact unfasten when she squeezed into a bush and got caught, yet doesn't release so easy that she can pull it off scratching.Overall we are very happy with our purchase and so is our cat.Room for improvement:- although this is the mini version it is quite bulky. It is lightweight and does not bother our cat but I can very well see that some cats may take longer to adjust or not take to it due to its bulky size and shape.- GPS issues. There have been times were the GPS has been out of sync. The tracker has claimed she is in the house when she was not and equally claimed she was out wandering while sat with us in the garden. Sometimes the GPS is slow and struggles to keep up with movement and this could be better. That said it is still a great tracker and once it works itself out it works great for locating.- safe zone and home setting. The app seems to think our internet connect stretches across the road from our house. This means if she ventures across the road the tracker still labels her as within internet home range which means it will not allow you to select the live track feature. This is not helpful and needs to be looked at. Equally the "fence" cannot just be set to home as the minimum setting is 150ft. If you want to set it to alert you when the cat leaves the garden then this is simply not possible with a small garden.- I have to mention the monthly subscription. I completely understand why this is a thing and happily pay it to ensure my cats safety. However if you opt to pay monthly this is considerable more expensive (worked out double the cost). Those choosing to pay monthly are usually people who cannot afford the year or 2 years up front all in one go. I do feel pricing needs to be looked into. I understand offering a financial incentive/discount to those paying for a year or 2 upfront but this really will put a lot of less financially stable people off. If I could have afforded a year up front it would have worked out at ÂŁ7pm - as it stands I could not so I have to pay ÂŁ14pm.All considered though, I feel more comfortable knowing where my cat is and my cat is happy to be able to go out without me taking her on a harness as we did before. Totally worth it.
