Lifesaver!
My sister in law introduced me to this type of product, but luckily I came across the travel sized one and I bought two. Since they are hard to find, I often buy two or three for birthday gifts. The magic of this toy is that it is portable and has only one pen and you only need water to draw! After a while the drawings disappear so you can start again. It is a great gift for kids from 18 months to maybe 7 or 8 years old. Great for trips, restaurants, kids playing together or whatever. A durable, fun toy for everyone.

Drawing bag
Drawing bag arrived sealed! Amazing. Clean and no dust. Perfect for giving as a gift. Portable drawing pad is comfortable to carry around by baby thanks to well designed handles. Great to entertain your little one in the plane or long car journey. Most importantly no mess and all you need is water. Don't worry if you don't have a second pen. Use wet finger :)

Great for journey
Good, used for a plane journey to Australia for our 18m old. Was great for filling time and less messy and easier than paper and pen

Pure Brilliance
Bought this for my 19 month old granddaughter, unbeknown that my daughter had already bought her one. So it was decided one will be for home the other will be put in the bag so she will always have something to do whether in the car, shopping etc. Great idea as she will always have a page to drawer on without having lots of loose paper with a little scribble on,sorry drawing. She loves the etch a sketch so she will love this. Filling the pen with water, brilliant, as my daughter always carries water with her so that will never be an issue. brillienReceived well packaged and very quick delivery time.

Here's something to write home about.
This is a cool, fun item. It has pride of place under the buggy, so travels around with us. It's a great go to and can be used again and again and again. A great travel item. Our 3 year old just loves it. He scribbles on and waits for it to dry to start all over again. There's no mess, no clean ups and endless activity.

Sweet!
Bought as a gift for a friend who us training to be a play therapist...she thinks it's brilliant!Seems well made & the writing is well defined / doesn't 'bleed'.Writkng or drawing on it, erasing then reusing it straight away isn't an option like it is with an etch-a-sketch, as it needs to dry.Very light weight.Impressive delivery time - arrived in 2 days, despite my selecting free standard post.Recommend.

I have no way of knowing whether it is a good product as the pen which you are supposed to fill with water that came with it was defective. You could not put water it it. The pen was sealed which defeated the purpose of filling it thus activating then pen for drawing with water. Now I will have to order the pens separately and unfortunately they are "add on" items which will make me spend more money than I wanted to. I would have returned it but opened it too la. I had been saving it for travel which was beyond the time for return.

meh
I wouldn't bother with this one: a pencil and pad of paper are a better option if your child likes to draw. This Aquadraw takes a long time to dry, which is a bit of a downer considering how small the drawing area is and how thick the pen is. Also note that the drawing area does not fully recover if the book gets soaked (as mine did in the buggy storage area on a day of heavy rain): tide marks are still visible. It's a real "first world" object: you look at it and feel slightly guilty that the earth's resources have been used to provide your child with such slight amusement.
