A cheap and effective switch
I've used a few Edimax products and have found them to be no-frills workhorses, and this switch is no different.The ports are plastic rather than metal, in fact the whole thing is plastic. However, it's cheap, light, and works exactly how you would expect. Plug cables in, get gigabit ethernet! For the price you can't expect it to perform quite as quickly as much more expensive competition - but unless you're using jumbo frames I seriously doubt you'd be able to tell the difference.Totally reliable, no drop-outs - if I didn't see the lights flashing from time to time I'd not even know I had it. Absolutely perfect!

This Works Fantastically
This works fantastically. Got my smart heating system installed last Friday and I didn't thing the engineer was going to be able to finsh the install, as I ran out of Erthanet ports of my Super Hub, but this little switching Box came to my rescue!!!!

Works well.
I use it hanging in mid air as a wire connector. It's too light to sit on a desk top with cat six wires. They just drag it off the desk top.

goedkoop en werkt
Simpel ding dat werkt. Compact en discreet. Groene statuslampjes die vrolijk dansen bij dataflow. Weliswaar slechts 100 Mps maar dat weet je en is ook de helft goedkoper dan een gigabit toestel. Voor wie beseft dat een netwerk maar zo snel is als de zwakste schakel is dit een goede aankoop.

Kleiner praktischer Switch
Ich habe diesen Switch als kleinen Netzverteiler im Zimmer im Einsatz. Er ist durch seine Größe ideal und fällt kaum auf.Bisher funktioniert er prima.

Für ein schnelles Intranet sehr gut zu gebrauchen.Wird bei mir vor dem Server eingesetzt. Dort versieht es seine Dienste einwandfrei.
