I knew I was getting a big mug, and I would warn anyone with small hands getting this- you may struggle!Anyway, that aside- great quality, feels very similar in materials and style to a smaller Yeti mug I own. Once filled with either hot or cold drink, the outside remains at room temperature- a good indication of the temperature not being lost.The base of the cup tapers in, and will fit some/most car cup holders, but your mileage may vary- some car manufacturers provide bigger holders than othersThe lid is pleasingly secure, with a rubber seal, and doesn't leak. The mouthpiece is a sliding opening, and it works fine, no complaints.

I bought this for my hubby after I had one. He was amazed how easy it was to touch regardless of the hot or cold temperature of the contents. In addition it holds temperature for ages and it's super size and stylish design are a bonus. Having had other similar mugs, this is by far the best

Bought for those cold and rainy Sunday league mornings when you wish you had girls so you could be stood in a nice warm dance class. Jokes aside we love football and this is the perfect cup to keep your coffee warm while you scream from the sidelines. Lightweight and fits in the car cup holder. Doesn’t spill. Fast delivery and no issues.

The media could not be loaded.  I thought this was a very good tumbler, it does keep drinks cold. Bought for a holiday and looked good on day 1, one of the lids leaked slightly from lid so dont tip fully until you have tested them but the reason for the 1 star is that on return from holiday we placed in the dishwasher (it says dishwasher safe in description), one wash (just the cup not the lid) and it looks like this! Speckled all over where the paint had faded and this was on a economy wash (low temperature). Certainly not worth the money, very dissatisfied customers. We would have returned but our holiday meant we are out of time.

I received my order of the tumbler which is great but unfortunately the clear lid was missing, can I purchase the lid separately or do I need to buy the tumbler again ?

The product is G-R-E-A-T. Keeps hot drinks hot and is so very easy to clean. I have 4 of these mugs & they are all fantastic. Sadly I dropped one of them at Christmas and damaged the lid. I emailed their Customer Services team to purchase a replacement lid and they despatched me one by return of post. The comms was clear open and friendly and they resolved my query swiftly. 10 outta 10 WetoWeto !! Thank you.

It is great, the only thing is it is very hard to clean the top where it opens for the drink.

Love this cup! I fill it with cold water in the morning when I go to work and it keeps the water cool and tasty all afternoon. Doesn't leak and I think it's break proof. It's perfect for my needs.

My husband loves his tumbler. It keeps his tea hot enough to burn his tongue, just the way he likes it.

very good design, easy to hold (could be smaller diameter) well made & after 2 hours tea is still warm. like nato green color. Much lower price than Yeti or Swig, & still has the same quality.
