This ladder is much more stable than our old ladder and very nice looking. There were a few parts missing directly from manufacturer, the box was not damaged or previously opened. The customer service department was excellent! They did a great job making sure that we got the parts that we needed quickly. Very happy with our purchase!😁

I will not lie.This letter has been a pain in my you know what. The instructions were terrible and impossible to understand but luckily I hate instructions.And I usually do things by looking at the picture.So I had that advantage. I decided to put it in backwards for the sake of taking the ladder out in the winter. I stabilized the steps on the outside with sand and pool noodles against the side of my pool. It does rock a bit but it does the job. I was looking in to putting extra deck up to the pool But.For the lovely price of $3000 to have someone do it I decided against it. These stairs were a better deal and it gives the comfort to the pool rather than the chincy metal ladder we had before. I'm just hoping it lasts for a few years. We will see how this summer goes. The ladder does feel a bit cheap And I can feel the steps give when I step on them. With the heat and the chlorine water we will see what happens. All and all when it is said and done I feel it was a good choice for $350.

Love the width on inside pool steps but wish outside pool steps were wider

This is a nice ladder... for kids!!! The description lists that the ladder will hold up to 350 lbs. This is not true, I wouldn't trust it to hold an average male adult. We bought this thinking it would be a nice looking ladder, but the first time we put it in the pool to try and use it, it started to give under an adult male that is only 250 lbs., far less than the supposed maximum weight. I have friends and family members who are larger and I do NOT trust this ladder to hold them.I started a return to try and send it back, but the company doesn't offer free returns and when researching the cost to return the ladder it appears that it's going to cost me nearly as much to return it as it cost to buy it!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I Wanted to Get a Ladder that was Easier for my Old Lady to Get in & Out of our Above Ground Swimming Pool. THIS Does the Job PERFECTLY!!!! I'm VERY HAPPY With IT!!!!

The steps work great and assembly was a snap

These steps are big, bulky and not too steady. Gonna have to fit it to use it safely
