By the second day I noticed a difference. The research I made suggested to take half a dosage when starting. Instead, I took one tablet followed by a couple of glasses of water. No stomach upset. I would purchase again. The parcel took a lot longer than expected to arrive.

I saw this brand demonstration by Doctor and it worked amazingly. You need to know how to take the most potent soluble finer on planet. Take it half hour before meal with at least 8 oz of water 1gm to 1.5gm. It works wonders

I can not take these INSTEAD OF food, but I can have a tiny meal with 1 or 2 pills and feel satisfied until it's time for the next meal.

This was recommended by a manager after I asked what could I use to combat sugar cravings. I took it the same day and it worked! The bottle says take 3 before each meal, but I took 1 had no desire for sugarary foods nor was I hungry. I eat low carb and work out 6 days a week, but at times I want something sweet! I hear a lot of about Skinny Fiber, but this is your Skinny Fiber! I just started and have to lose 20lbs, so I'll give you an update in a month.

Once this stuff started working look out! I happened to be at work and it wasn't fun as the bathroom is all the way across the building! I was hoping for that full feeling to help me not eat as much but didn't get it. Maybe they want you to poop it all out and that's where the weight loss comes from? Helped a little but not much. It didn't keep the hunger away like I was anticipating. I'm not one who has a huge appetite so if it didn't work on me, odds are if u do have a huge appetite it wont do much for you either. but u never know

You got to drink tons of water. Otherwise you will get constipation and when you do poop, your poop size will be pretty big. So beware if you have one of those low discharge flush. It will get clogged. Just my experience.
