What makes it windproof is that when the wind blows... the inside of the umbrella is able to bend inwards without breaking. But that just means that you will be walking around with an unbreakable inside out umbrella! It doesn't really give you more protection from the rain and the wind, it just means the umbrella is less likely to break when it's windy.

The umbrella was a gift. It was lovely with all the butterflies on the inside. Very sturdy too. It was value for money but not clear from the description what size it folded up to.

Did not work wouldn't stay open the umbrella part then the stalk/handle won't fold fully down

The item arrived within the stated delivery time, reasonably packed and in good order. When folded it's larger than I'd expected, given that it's described as "small". I don't feel that the pictures make it clear that it's the inner surface which is coloured (white in my case), while the outer/upper surface is dull silver, like the underside of cooking foil: I'd have expected - and preferred - it to be the other way round.

Ordered leopard print umbrella. I don't like the writing on it at all. There is no writing on the picture so false representation. I don't want to walk around with "I look pretty today" in large writing on my umbrella.

I ordered the silver (for my organizing system as this goes on trips with me) and it’s GORGEOUS! Get this color!!These are compact, lightweight and so far seems much sturdier than others of similar size/price. Can’t live without these for work travel so am really glad to have something I think I can afford, rarely in and it looks fabulous.

They work great just wish they were longer very short

It looks great and seems to be a better quality than I expected. Its not heavy but theres more weight to it than I expected. It doesn't feel cheap at all. I'm less than impressed with the case it comes in. Some people said they have issues getting the umbrella back inside of it but I have no problem there. It goes back inside easily, tooeasily actually. I'm afraid it's going to just fall off and I'll lose it. The umbrella has a loop on the end of the handle which I love, but I wish the case did too. Or had some elastic inside the opening or something to secure it a little better. The handle of the umbrella also seems a little short. I expected the handle to extend a little more but it doesn't. At all. In the picture, my head is actually touching the top of the umbrella and it feels like im holding my hand up really high. Otherwise the size is perfect. The actual umbrella part is even bigger than I expected and should keep me dry no problem, even with my backpack on. It just came today so I haven't gotten to try it out yet. Warning: the 1st time you open it, be prepared because it opened so fast and with so much force that it startled me lol. Its very fast, and I suggest making sure you're not to close to anyone else or anything breakable. Putting it back down wasn't super easy either. It may be because it's brand new, and im hoping it will ease/loosen up with time, but it takes quite a bit of force/pressure to slide the handle back inside when closing it. Just push the button to close the umbrella part, but then you need to push the handle back in, and that took some force to do. More than I expected or think it should take. But overall, so far, I am pleased with my purchase, especially for the price I paid.

I love this umbrella so much! It is small and compact so it is easy to fit into small bags or backpacks as well. It's small enough so that I can easily carry it with me wherever I go but expands large enough to be able to cover me and my belongings from the rain. I recommend!
