I love this gimbal it’s so smooth and easy to use

As an amateur YouTube content creator, I'm always on the lookout for tools that can help me take my video quality to a next level. One such tool that I've recently had the opportunity to try out is a smartphone gimbal stabiliser, which has been a game changer for me in terms of creating smooth, cinematic footage using my phone and not a GoPro or Intsa360.The features a 3-axis stabilization system that keeps the phone steady and eliminates any shaking or movement that would otherwise ruin the shot. This feature alone is worth the investment, as it instantly elevates the production value of any video you shoot.Additionally, the gimbal is compatible with a wide range of smartphones, including the latest iPhone models and Android devices, making it a versatile tool that can be used with multiple devices. This is especially helpful if you're using two or more different types of phones. The gimbal itself is not as heavy, easy to hold in my hand, the handle is a but thick as it holds the battery in it, however the rubber grip ads an extra security and will not slip out from my hand. The handle also features with an OLED display, which shows important information such as battery life and mode. This feature comes in handy because it allows you to monitor the status of the gimbal while shooting without having to constantly check your phone.In terms of build quality, this gimbal feels sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence that it will last for a long time. It's also compact and easy to transport, which is important for me because I often shoot on location and need to bring my gear with me.One of my favourite things about this gimbal is the 360° infinite rotation, which allows for smooth panning and tracking shots. This feature is especially useful when shooting dynamic scenes with a lot of movement or when you want to follow a subject as they move through the scene.Overall, I highly recommend this smartphone gimbal stabiliser to anyone who is looking to up their video production game. £160 at time of reviewI’ve been using gimbals with my mirrorless cameras, action cameras and iPhones for at over 7 years, so I’ve had plenty of experience with them. So off the bat I think for the price this is a very capable gimbal and compares favourably against other better know brands. If like me you prefer to use third party video apps such as “Filmic Pro” then the additional AI tracker included in the “Kit” version (for an extra £50) maybe worth while, as I don’t know any other gimbal in this price bracket that offers that functionality, they all seen to only work with their own software, thus limiting you to their video frame rates, colour profiles & codecs. Unfortunately I’ve only got the “Non Kit version” so can’t comment on how well the add on works.I’ve used this for a week or so now and found it to perform pretty well, for the casual user I think this will cater for everything they want and need, maybe most things a pro user would need, although it’s not perfect.Comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable for mobile phone charging (iPhone users will need to supply their own cable or have an adapter (at this price they really should have included a cable or an adapter), talking of which, you can only really charge the phone in portrait mode anyway, in landscape you need to push the phone up against the motor! TBH even in portrait mode it’s fiddly, plus if you do a 360º spin be careful, any more than one rotation and you’ll be in a tangle, or damage your connection. How long before one of the gimbal manufacturers make a MagSafe version that takes care of power, and swapping between portrait and landscape set up a breeze, hint hint!App requires registration, why? Especially as the iOS “Hohem Joy” app DOESN’T collect any data, so this seems a bit pointless, the app itself whilst functional isn’t ground breaking.So all in all, I think this is pretty good, and for the price it’s good value.Hope my review was helpful
