Very informative
A great book for anyone who loves to beach comb for sea glass, this book has helped me to identify many of the pieces that I have found on my local beach, it is small enough to take with you on your trips to the beach and I love the fact that there are photos of the sea glass inside which really helps to identify the glass, great value for money too.

A nice little book for an enthusiast
I bought this as a gift for a sea glass enthusiast. It's a lovely little booklet with colour photos and diagrams throughout and is unique. I thought it was slightly expensive for the content, but how much CAN you write about the subject ?!? Otherwise, perfect as a gift.

This is a thin booklet. Don't let that put you off.
This is a lovely thing, it gives clear photos of different colours of seaglass, allowing you tick off colours as you find them. All colours are covered and named, with a brief history on each double page spread.Rarer/unusual glass is also described. Shaped items, stopper and Codd marbles, plus metal, china and buttons etc etc. The only thing not mentioned are jacks/knuckle bones/alley gobs. Its a size which would easily allow carrying to the beach. Suitable all, for especially those new to the hobby or young people

Bit expensive for what it is.
It certainly is interesting and informative and well illustrated.I would say it is worth £5.00, but not the nearly £9.00 I paid.

Good information.
Living by the the sea we are always picking up things from the beach. It’s useful to know what they are.

Too thin
Very thin, not much to it, not worth the money in my opinion
