I have re-flashed this with customer ESPHome firmware, and use the excellent blueprint from Blackymas; it works brilliantly. Not the quickest, but for what I wanted (small touchscreen, configurable interface with built in relay to replace a boiler receiver/thermostat) it does the job, looks neat, and was very good value. Be aware (and this is not the fault of the device) the process of getting the custom firmware loaded, at least for me, was not smooth. The instructions you can find on the internet are not always clear; some assume you have already done things like install ESPHomeBuilder - and/or have a clue what they are for! The first programming interface I was using wasn't putting out enough current to power the device; I ended up with a DSD TECH SH-U09C2, which worked. It took quite a lot of faffing about, and multiple attempts. Worth it, though!

Jag kör denna med ESPhome med utmärkt resultat. Många programmerings exempel finns att googla fram. ESPhome eller Arduino och Nextion editor kan användas eller så kör man den mot Ewink utan att flasha om enheten. Utan att programmera om så är användnings området begränsat.

Instalação sem problemas num espaço de interruptor normal. Atenção as instalações em Portugal precisa de neutro e fase. Emparelhamento por Bluetooth sem falhas.

Wurde angeschafft um ein Kleines Dashbonard im Boot zu haben , erstmal das 230v "geraffel" entfernt (leider auch die Relais damit) und dann direkt an einen DC DC Wandler mit 12v angeschlossen (Wichtig der interne Chip arbeitet mit 5VDC- muss also noch ein Step Down Wandler genutztz werden) und dann konnte das Gerät mit meinem HomeAssistant im Boot kommunizieren. Klasse Gerät , Gute Ablesbarkeit und perfket für kleinere Anwendungen.
