works very well for me, I use it on my upper and lower arm/hand for issues.

I absolutely love this thing. I've been having some tendonitis in my wrist from working as a vet tech. Not only do we end up in odd positions holding animals, we work on computers dmfor 10+ hours a day. At my age, its caught up with me. I've been using this at night after work and it does make a difference. I love it because I don't have to sit still and hold something there. It's nice and fuzzy inside so I'll just have the sleeve of a hoodie as a barrier from making it too too cold and use the Velcro straps to hold it in place. Stays very cold for at least a half hour or more. I do 15 to 20 min on and 15 to 20 min off. Usually have time to ice it twice before bed while watching TV. I can still snack and work the remote because it snugly secures to my wrist. And you can use it on either side. So if my left hand acts up from my carpal tunnel surgery, its easy to swap them back and forth so they get proper icing time. I highly recommend this. My one and only complaint is that they need to fix the area where the thumb goes through. The edge is very sharp. Why not add some lining or padding there so it doesn't cut into your thumb base. If it had that it would have that extra star. All in all I still use it but have to find ways to keep it from cutting into me.

Comfortable, good purchase

I had corrective surgery on my wrist. This is the best thing I could have purchased. It makes icing a breeze. Freezes quickly and holds cold for a long time. I love it.

I like the plush side of this wrap, no need to get a cover for the skin. This stays a bit cooler than most I've bought lately. Am pretty satisfied with this. Getting tired of not being able to find my SmartTemp ice packs that were a white color. Those were the best. But this will do.

Don't buy this! No customer service contact is available directly to seller who is in the UK. Used it for only a month and fabric leaks gel.

Works well. Velcro straps makes size adjustable as needed.
