Purchased this tent not easy to put up.like it states. Need 2 ppl. The latches get stuck and tent broke after first use. It's really big.After my first review the seller contacted me and replaced the tent... They shipped it immediately and the customer service has been outstanding. Contrary to my first re view... this product is great. It's easy to put up and they send the walls and sand bag covers as well. It's sturdy and a good size for events. I am satisfied with this product. Thank you for great customer satisfaction

We bought this to use as a storage canopy for and event. Setting up we found the frame and top canopy to be of good quality. However, all 4 side walls and their fixings were extremely poor quality. The walls are held to the canopy frame by thin velcro strips attached to the side walls by stitching. Several were unattached and most of the rest broke after a few hours. The tent was not subjected to high winds. Overall the manufacturer needs to significantly improve the method of fastening the side walls to the canopy frame. If not for the side walls this would make a good canopy - the frame and top canopy quality far outweighs the side wall and their fastenings. The good news - after complaining we received a full refund. It's not what happens, it's what you do about what happens. Thanks for the refund and please fix the side wall issue.

This is a huge canopy that can fit 8 people at least. I am planning to take it to a nearby beach for the summer family trip. Just tried to put it together in my living room to test whether it is solid or not and how easy it is to be put together. First it is pretty easy to carry with the size and wheels on the bottom. Second, It is actually bigger than my Texas size living room! See the picture. I am pretty sure it will covet all my family. The frame looks very solid and the cover looks great. One minor issue is that, it is a little challenging to be set up by two person. Overall, this is a great canopy.

I tried it alone, and it just didn't work. I finally got help, and it worked. I ordered this and the canopy I got had a faulty leg, which would not extend all the way down. I contacted the seller, and they immediately sent out another canopy FOR FREE, instead of just replacing the leg. That was awesome. I received the second canopy and had the help of someone to put it up. This one happens to have a leg which does not stay up, so I remedied that myself wrapping a bungy cord around under the notch nice and tight. I did not want to bother the seller again. I was grateful for this one. So folks, there might be some problems with the extension of the legs. Otherwise, I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because 1) there are no complete instructions. Yes. there are instructions, but they do not explain about hanging the sides up...because the way the canopy is made is that once it is up, there are no straight lines to hang the sides on, and the velcro for the middle part (entrance sides) is right where the canopy lines are dipped. I can't explain it until you see it. 2) It is just not a one-person assembly item. I have watched Youtube showing people putting up the canopies alone. I think those are canopies they've had for years and are loosened up.

The frame is nice and good the cover all the Velcro‘s are ripped off from the slightest win. We haven’t even had any wind really, and all the bottom Velcro‘s in straps are falling apart the same around the windows is coming apart the cover is poor quality, zippers, broke.

We are so happy we purchased it!! Product quality is really top notch. Set up was so easy that two pre teenagers set the canopy up in 10 minutes. The top of the canopy is very sturdy and well built. The windows on the side panel are really a nice feature they make sure you don’t feel claustrophobic. The stands/legs are well built and finished with powder coat. It came with sand bags which we didn’t use as it was not required anyways for our purposes. This product came with stakes and they were enough to hold it down. I would really recommend this for anyone looking for an amazing canopy without breaking your bank a/c!!

I bought this canopy to use for a sunshade / privacy cover for my hot tub that I could also take down and use for other purposes. I am very impressed with how well it has held up. I did bolt the legs to my patio for extra stability and it has held up perfectly during 2 thunderstorms in the first month with no issues. The side panels fit great and the window panels are a great feature. Overall for the price compared to a full framed gazebo that is not portable I definitely made the right choice.Edit: As well as it withstood the first 3 thunderstorms the 4 was too much for it and the legs buckled. Really can't blame the product though if it wasn't a surprise pop up storm I would have taken it down, so If you get one don't press your luck too far.

It was easy to put up, good protection from bright sun. The walls were only attached to the frame by velcro, so there were gaps at each corner. The worst was that the roof wasn't waterproof. The seams leaked, and i could even see a couple of holes in the seams. When i touched the roof from underneath water would drip down.
