I love the watch face, it is easy to read and lights up in dark== fantastic feature Looks great. However, I recently found that the back of it came off for no reason at all- just spontaneously and several times I had been cooking dinner . then I noticed that the watch had stopped working as the back had come off and the battery fallen out. This happened again a few days later. And the back is so tight, its impossible to put back on, I had to go to jeweler's all the time. It has since trapped water and died

Works perfectly, Excellent Quality.. The Dial has bold easy to read numbers, it is very comfortable, looks stylish, and excellent value for money.

I wanted a casual, large clear faced strap watch and so I chose this Gents watch (I am a female) and I am absolutely delighted with it. Lovely tan leather strap, easy to read, has a date feature too and I think it looks great, if you push the winder in it glows when dark.

Same problems as other reviewers have noted (day/date changer is VERY dodgy, and the backlight has an ugly, irregular shadow at top). So Amazon seems to be flogging a bad batch of these. Plus the backlight on mine randomly gets stuck ‘on’ (about 1 in 4 uses) so you have to fiddle with it for about five seconds to get it to switch off. About once a day I discover it’s been left on several hours after I last used it, so the battery probably won’t last long. Shame because it’s otherwise a nice watch, and £32 is a good price, if it worked as advertised.

It looks really great. A simple and classic design. I may prefer other designs but this one is very solid. The idea is its readability to be fair. The built-in light is more useful than one might think as I've used it when it gets late. The accuracy is absolutely amazing for the price. Most products when they say genuine leather, use real leather, but they tend to be poor quality. They are not as tough or as sturdy as proper full-grain leather. Don't get me wrong this is a great watch for the price but certainly not perfect.

The ticking is so loud! I can hear it from across the room. Until this is fixed (Casio watches are silent) it is unwearable.

I have bought similar Timex watches in the past and they have been very good. I liked the white face and uncomplicated display plus the indiglo night light was very useful when you woke at 3am and didn't know what time it was. The watch started losing time so I changed the battery. It still lost time haphazardly and I then couldn't trust it. Finally it stopped and started on it's own accord so it's now living in a drawer and I have changed brands. For me this was a waste of money.

Cercavo un orologio a lancette, dal design sottile e compatto perché ho il polso piuttosto piccolo per un uomo. Di "cipolloni" pesanti, spessi e ingombranti è pieno il mercato e non me ne interessavano altri, perciò questo modello della Timex è sicuramente una scelta alternativa poco comune e interessante. Tra l'altro è "Made in Olanda" non in China e la confezione è elegante e molto curata. Il cinturino è di pelle abbastanza sottile da risultare confortevole e leggero anche in piena estate. Certo non di qualità eccellente, del resto cinturini migliori costerebbero molto più dell'intero orologio in questione, perciò decisamente valido rapportato alla classe di prezzo (l'orologio l'ho preso in offerta oltretutto). La sagoma dell'orologio è sottile e leggera ma sobria e a mio avviso elegante se si apprezza il genere "old fashioned". La regolazione delle lancette risulta pulita, continua e scorrevole. Le cifre sono ben leggibili e l'illuminazione Indiglo efficiente e pratica. Se devo trovare proprio un neo a tutti i costi, la lancetta dei secondi color argento su sfondo bianco non è il massimo della leggibilità, soprattutto con poca luce, ma in effetti quando la si consulta? Piuttosto silenzioso, al polso non si sente mentre appoggiato al comodino accanto al letto nel silenzio della notte si potrebbe sentire il ticchettio. Ma nel caso basta metterlo in un cassetto. Certo bisognerà attendere qualche tempo per vedere la durata dell'insieme, ma di sicuro l'impressione è ottima e lo ricomprerei subito. Dopo alcuni mesi d'uso posso confermare che anche la precisione è buona, basta regolarlo di pochi secondi ogni due o tre settimane!

This is a really good and plane watch for someone with smaller wrists. I enjoy the day-date feature! I personally feel that the watch looks less expensive than it's priced. It looks to me, if I didn't know what it is, like a drug store watch. However, knowing TimeX, and having another watch by them, I know this will be a great watch that you will have for a very long time! Great simple watch for people who prefer practical and more understated daily watches. The indiglow is crazy strong too, you can use it as a dim light in the dark.

Am allerbesten ist das Indigliolicht, was einen klaren Ziffernblatthintergrund erscheinen lässt und die davor liegenden drei Zeiger gut erkennen lässt. Die Größe der Ziffern und die Sekundeneinteilug sind auch für Sehgeschädigte gut zu erkennen. Das Datum ist wie bei den meisten Uhren mit Stelwerk eher schlecht ablesbar und muss zum Ende jedes zweiten Monats angepasst werden. Den gut sichtbaren Sekundenzeiger nutze ich gerne um mir oder jemand anderen den Puls zu messen (Faustformel: Anzahl der Pulsschläge in 15 Sekunden × 4= gemessener Puls). Der Tragekomfort ist dank dem Lederarmband auch sehr gut. Nur der Metalldeckel an der Uhren Rückseite könte für Nickel Allergiker ein Problem sein, oder Mann klebt die Rückseite ab. Für mich jedenfalls eine gute Entscheidung.
